Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, however colours may vary in photos of products and between device displays. Packaging / branding may also be updated on the actual product, however we endeavour to keep the products up to date on our site.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Login to your account and click on the 'Orders' Tab. If you have forgotten your password, simply request to reset it by clicking the link on the login window.

How can I return an item?

Request a return easily by using the form on this page and selecting 'Return / Exchange an item' from the subject dropdown.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If a product is showing as 'Out of Stock' then it will be restocked providing the supplier / brand has stock. If a product is discontinued it will be removed from the website.
